For such a small section of Scripture, there is sure a lot of truth about God, humanity, and the relationship between the two in these 3 verses. One of the things that is always encouraging to me is to see the contrast in scripture between who we were before our relationship with Jesus and who we are after a relationship with Jesus. While it is important to remember that this transition only happens when someone accepts Jesus as Lord or their life, trusting in His finished work on the cross to justify them before the Father, the change is always something I marvel at.
